Description

Mindfulness is an essential life skill with many proven benefits, including better physical health, clarity of thinking, more balanced emotions, and deeper more meaningful relationships.

Whether you've only ever heard about Mindfulness and not yet had the chance to try it, or you regularly practice this or other forms of meditation, we offer you the chance to share some moments with us learning this ancient art for deep relaxation.

We take you through a set of guided meditations starting with the breath, then relaxing the body and learning to become more attuned to your physical self. Our classes can be tailored to your specific needs or we can work through a series of Mindfulness exercises to renew your inspiration for life.

The most unique class is our guided Awe Walk, an experience that puts you back in touch with the very best that our wonderful world has to offer. This 2-hour experience will be something very special to remember.

About our Awe Walks
A specialized form of meditation, Awe Walks take you to places where your sole task is to encounter something that amazes and transcends.
Awe walks inspire you to experience a deep sense of beauty and wonder. Each walk starts with a short guided mediation, then continues in silence to deeply engage with the tiny to the grand around you. We complete the experience with another short guided meditation to round off the experience.

MINDFULNESS RETREATS
Get together a group of friends, work mates, or simply join us at a time to suit you for a weekend or full week's intensive Mindfulness Retreat. These healing escapes are tailored to ensure you are fully rejuvenated, plus we share the science behind Mindfulness and the many benefits.
