The incredible disco era is captured and reproduced live by some of Australia’s best musicians and once the music starts you have no option but to stay on the dance floor, shaking your groove thing.
Disco is the soundtrack for most people’s lives, either you lived it, your parents drove you crazy by playing it, or you have a love of fun groovy music and funky dance moves. You can’t resist the temptation to get down and boogie when you hear a disco song.
The mention of the biggest names in disco like Amil Stewart, Donna Summer, The Emotions, Chic, ABBA, Gloria Gaynor and Sister Sledge to name just a few – evoke fond memories of leisure suits, Studio 54, the Hustle, the bus stop and glimmering disco balls.Though disco has since faded away, the music hasn’t. We are left with classic dance hits that undeniably have captured the disco era.
